PLEASE READ THESE IMPORTANT NOTES:

• We are not responsible for the reservation or payment of your even site or campsite, destination entry fees, etc.

• There are only three tents available to book at this time with the option of sleeping on 2 Twins or 1 Queen (additional beds at an extra cost, based on availability). 

• At check-in/set-up, we will hold a refundable security deposit of $1500 on your payment card. A hold will not charge your card without prior authorization. The hold will be removed and you will receive a full refund for the security deposit after check-out (restrictions apply).

• Set-up and take-down takes about 1-2 hours and must be completed during day light.

• We may be flexible with your check-in/out time, depending on availability. Please inquire.
